| One of my friend�s Sister has to undergo Renal transplantation, for this surgery he needs 3, 60, 000 Rupees. | I believe this is not the sufficient information to go ahead for any Tamanna contribution to the needy. If we consider the document provided is absolutely correct then this document is assuring that someone is having problem and this much is the approx required money for the treatment, but we need to gather information about the family of the patient, whether really they are not able to bear the expenditure? I think we should collect some information about her family members, who all are there in the family and what the occupation they are having |

| I could not get to know what are all things mentioned in the Ration card document, as I am not proficient with the language in which the ration card is.But I believe the personal details document is more than sufficient to go ahead. I will request all TFCs to come out with your views and make a conclusion that if we are going to contribute then what could be the amount and how we are going to do that, because if we follow the Medical certificate document then we can see that even after the transplant, there are two scenarios for the treatment to carry on.I am attaching all the documents for your reference, in case you have missed that.Looking for the active participation from all the TFCs |

| Dear T058, As most of Tamannaids are not capable to understand regional language.Those ration card docs were not required. We are looking for only the financial condition of family. As you mentioned her husband is goldsmith, what is his monthly income (aprox)? Please provide the following details- 1) Her husband's income ( just fill the value no prrof is required)? 2) How much amount expected from Tamanna? 3) When the operation is supposed to be? 4) If Tamanna will agree to finance them for the amount mentioned,still how will they manage rest amount? 5) Do you know them properly? 6) Do you aware with the problem or only just somebody has told you? 7) Have you meet with patient? As only you are the person in their contact from Tamanna,you are representating Tamanna for them.Please answer all question first and then revert back with your decision for them. (Assume you are Tamanna and you have above conditions). |

I am also aware of the fact that we don’t have a very good bank balance to help each and every needy since it was started only in 2006. So I am giving this question totally to the TFC’s. 3) When the operation is supposed to be? 18 - 20 Feb 2008 4) If Tamanna will agree to finance them for the amount mentioned, still how will they manage rest amount? The needy’s brother has requested and confirmed financial help from two different organizations, his working company, and his relatives. Also he is going to take his old deposits 5) Do you know them properly? Yes 6) Do you aware with the problem or only just somebody has told you? Yes I am well aware of the problem. | I received the balance Rs. 7000/- in my axis bank account. I would like to inform you that the operation for my sister was held on 21st Feb and the operation was successful. Now my sister's health is fast improving and she is in quite normal condition. I am very grateful to Tamanna for timely help to save my sister's life.
